Booking Policy

NO MONEY REFUNDABLE. NO CASH OUT. CARD MINIMUM $20

Please note Ottoman Turkish Bath & Day Spa is a WOMEN’S ONLY Hamam. Our Hamam trading hours are from 10.30am to 3pm Tuesdays to Sundays.

We only make exceptions for large group bookings with packages commencing after 3pm. Beautician trading hours are from Tuesday to Saturdays 10:30am to 5pm.

You need to make a booking in advance. Men’s/Couples Hamam packages require separate special bookings.

All Turkish Bath (Hamam) bookings require a deposit as a confirmation of your booking.

Please note deposits are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified 48 hours (2 days) before your booking.

Any last minute cancellations one day before your booking are non-refundable.

If your reason for cancellation is having to isolate due to Covid-19, please provide sufficient evidence such as a positive PCR or RAT test result and email to info@ottomanturkishbath.com.au
