Absolutely, you can! However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate guests who are 20 weeks or more pregnant. Your safety is our top priority and it is simply too risky for yourself and your baby as the Hamam is always wet and slippery. Please read our Hamam Conditions of Entry prior to booking.

All children aged 16 and under are required to be accompanied and closely supervised by a parent or a responsible individual who is at least 16 years of age at all times. Booking Policy
Hammam Booking and Arrival
A $50 per person deposit will be required in advance to secure your appointment. Balance to be paid on the day before your session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to go over formalities and conditions of entry which you will need to sign before entering the Hammam. Please note: for all Hammam Packages, an additional $10 fee will be payable if you have an existing spray tan on your body.

What to bring on the day: Guests must bring their own towel, swimming costume, flip-flops or slides and shampoo. A complimentary sarong will be provided for your use in the Hammam. Additionally, a locker will be assigned to you for secure storage of your belongings.
Cancellations
Any cancellations at any point incur a non-refundable deposit. All Hammam and Beauty services are non-refundable at the end or after service has been completed. Individuals who reserve a couples or group booking under a single guest name will have their booking cancelled and may forfeit their deposit. Couples and group bookings are strictly reserved for two or more guests.
For Bookings: A 50% no-show fee will be chargeable for each individual person who does not attend a group booking or individual booking on the day of their service.
If you need to reschedule your booking you must give us at least 2 days notice prior to your booking.

If your reason for cancellation is having to isolate due to Covid-19, please provide sufficient evidence such as a positive PCR or RAT test result and email to hello@ottomanturkishbath.com.au.

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided.
Please note Ottoman Turkish Bath & Day Spa is a WOMEN’S ONLY Hammam during most business hours. Our Hamam however does offer a dedicated time for men.
All Turkish Bath (Hammam) bookings require a deposit as a confirmation of your booking. Please note: Deposits and all other booking fees are non-refundable.
