Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Hamam Booking and Arrival

A $50 per person deposit will be required in advance to secure your appointment. Balance to be paid on the day before your session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to go over formalities and conditions of entry which you will need to sign before entering the Hamam. Please note: for all Hamam Packages, an additional $10 fee will be payable if you have an existing spray tan on your body.

What to bring on the day
Guests must bring their own towel, swimming costume, flip-flops or slides and shampoo. A complimentary sarong will be provided for your use in the Hamam. Additionally, a locker will be assigned to you for secure storage of your belongings.

Cancellations

Any cancellations at any point incur a non-refundable deposit.

All Hamam and Beauty services are non-refundable at the end or after service has been completed.

For Group Bookings: A $90 per person booking fee will be chargeable for each individual person who does not attend a group booking on the day of their Hamam group session.

If you need to reschedule your booking you must give us at least 2 days notice prior to your booking.

Any last minute cancellations at any time prior to your booking are non-refundable.

If your reason for cancellation is having to isolate due to Covid-19, please provide sufficient evidence such as a positive PCR or RAT test result and email to info@ottomanturkishbath.com.au

Booking and Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided.

Please note Ottoman Turkish Bath & Day Spa is a WOMEN’S ONLY Hamam during the day. Our Hamam trading hours are from 10am to 3pm Tuesdays to Sundays.

We only make exceptions for large group bookings with packages commencing after 3pm. Beautician trading hours are from Tuesday to Saturdays 10am to 5pm.

You need to make a booking in advance. Men’s/Private Hamam packages require separate special bookings.

All Turkish Bath (Hamam) bookings require a deposit as a confirmation of your booking.

Please note: Deposits and all other booking fees are non-refundable.
