The Private Hammam is a fully private Turkish hammam experience designed for couples & groups seeking relaxation, privacy, and connection. This traditional ritual combines deep cleansing, aromatic oils, and soothing massage within a private suite, offering a calm escape from daily stress. Perfect for couples, anniversaries, birthdays, private groups (2-6 people) or  shared self-care, this experience allows you to unwind together in complete comfort.

What’s Included:

  • 15 minutes in the steam room
  • 15 minutes in the heated spa
  • Full body exfoliation using Kesse mitt on heated central marble, known as Gobektasi
  • Full body traditional soap wash
  • Full body bubble bag with rose soap
  • Full body rose oil body treatment
  • Complementary sarong and locker provided
  • Lemon and mint juice plus cold water for hydration

Booking Policy

Hammam Booking and Arrival
A $50 per person deposit will be required in advance to secure your appointment. Balance to be paid on the day before your session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to go over formalities and conditions of entry which you will need to sign before entering the Hammam. Please note: for all Hammam Packages, an additional $10 fee will be payable if you have an existing spray tan on your body.
Terms and Conditions Hammam Conditions of Entry
What to bring on the day: Guests must bring their own towel, swimming costume, flip-flops or slides and shampoo. A complimentary sarong will be provided for your use in the Hammam. Additionally, a locker will be assigned to you for secure storage of your belongings.

Cancellations

Any cancellations at any point incur a non-refundable deposit. All Hammam and Beauty services are non-refundable at the end or after service has been completed. Individuals who reserve a couples or group booking under a single guest name will have their booking cancelled and may forfeit their deposit. Couples and group bookings are strictly reserved for two or more guests.
For Bookings: A 50% no-show fee will be chargeable for each individual person who does not attend a group booking or individual booking on the day of their service.
If you need to reschedule your booking you must give us at least 2 days notice prior to your booking.
Any last minute cancellations at any time prior to your booking are non-refundable.
If your reason for cancellation is having to isolate due to Covid-19, please provide sufficient evidence such as a positive PCR or RAT test result and email to hello@ottomanturkishbath.com.au.

Booking and Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided.

Please note Ottoman Turkish Bath & Day Spa is a WOMEN’S ONLY Hammam during most business hours. Our Hamam however does offer a dedicated time for men.

All Turkish Bath (Hammam) bookings require a deposit as a confirmation of your booking. Please note: Deposits and all other booking fees are non-refundable.
